Number Plates

Number plates must be displayed on the front and rear of all vehicles which are driven on UK roads. They are subject to strict regulations and can only be produced by DVLA-registered provider. JR Motor Services are approved to produce replacement number plates for vehicles when the condition of the current registration plate has caused the vehicle to fail the test. Unfortunately, please note, we are unable to supply replacement plates under any other circumstances, although we can provide private registration plates.

Should we need to produce a replacement number plate for your vehicle we will need the following documentation…

Proof of Identity:

• Photo ID confirming name and address eg driving licence

Proof of Entitlement/Ownership:

• V5C/V5C(NI) – Vehicle Registration Certificate OR
• V750/V750(NI) – Certificate of Entitlement OR
• V948 – Number Plate Authorisation Certificate
